My pastries are made with painstaking care and craftsmanship. They’re mixed, laminated, shaped, and baked over a minimum of 3 days.
I blend traditional French techniques with flavors and ingredients from my Asian American upbringing. I hope you taste the joy and love I have for baking in every bite.
Hi I’m Hali, the baker and founder of Hali Home Bakes.
I started my career in management consulting and product management. When asked what I did for fun I said “baking.” But for me, baking and pastry have always been more obsession than hobby. In the midnights and 5ams before my day job, I would craft recipes, improve my skills, and build my baking blog, which now has over 120K followers on social media.
In 2024 I took a leap of faith and moved to Paris to study pastry at Ferrandi and follow my passion. I hope to share a piece of that dream with you in Hali Home Bakes.
